Returns & replacements

 You can make a return or complaint by sending the goods and the return/complaint form via courier or Polish Post to the following address: Mickiewicza 29, 40-085 Katowice (returns cannot be made on-site). All returns must be adequately packaged and protected against damage. Customers of the Awaken Wonders store have 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return the purchased goods. A return/complaint form and the purchase confirmation must accompany the return shipment.

Complaints

Complaints may be submitted if: a manufacturing defect or sending of goods not by the order. Complaints regarding damage during the transport of the shipment of goods will be considered based on a damage report signed by the courier delivering the parcel. In cases of recognized complaints, the costs of the courier service are covered by the Seller. Before shipping the goods complained about, please get in touch with our advisor to agree on the shipping method (to e-mail: orders@awakenwonders.com). Digital files and custom-made products: giclee prints and tailored clothes are not refundable.
